Brand makes large donation to 23 players on the World Cup Champion team.

Secret, the official women's deodorant sponsor of U.S. Soccer, recently declared its position regarding the US women’s national team’s fight for equal pay. The deodorant brand, which is part of Procter & Gamble, took out  a full-page ad in Sunday’s The New York Times and declared on social channels like Twitter that it was taking action to help close the gender pay gap by donating $529,000 to the team—or $23,000 to each of the 23 players on the World Cup winning team.  ...
